Impacts would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR. The proposed Project involves the widening of Bristol Street, just north of Memory Lane, to accommodate a third southbound through lane within a highly urbanized and built -out area in the City. The widening of Bristol Street would not induce growth, nor create demand for recreation -related services.
