Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mayor and Council Members, <br /> <br />As a resident of Santa Ana, I am writing to formally oppose the One Broadway Plaza project. <br />I am deeply concerned about the following impacts on our community: <br />• Utilities & Environment: Increased strain on our power/water grid and added light/noise pollution. <br />• Parking: Increased "spillover" parking in Santa Ana , worsening existing congestion. <br />• Scale: The current height and density threaten the safety and character of our residential streets. <br />I urge the Council to deny this application or require a significant reduction in height and a new traffic mitigation <br />assessment.
