CITY COUNCIL 5 MARCH 18, 2025 <br />12.Tim Johnson spoke regarding Agenda Item No. 15 and the sunset date of Measure <br />X. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following <br />Consent Calendar Items: 4 through 14 and waive reading of all resolutions and <br />ordinances. <br />MINUTES: At 7:37 P.M., the Consent Calendar was considered. <br />Councilmember Hernandez pulled Agenda Item No. 11 for separate discussion and <br />consideration. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Vazquez requested to comment on Agenda Item No. 9. <br />Mayor Amezcua pulled Agenda Item No. 8 for separate discussion and consideration. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Penaloza moved to approve Consent Calendar Item <br />Nos. 4 through 14 with the exception of Agenda Item Nos. 8, 9, and 11 pulled for <br />separate discussion and consideration, seconded by Councilmember Bacerra. <br />The motion carried, 7-0, by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ABSENT: <br />COUNCILMEMBER BACERRA, COUNCILMEMBER <br />HERNANDEZ, COUNCILMEMBER LOPEZ, <br />COUNCILMEMBER PENALOZA, COUNCILMEMBER PHAN, <br />MAYOR PRO TEM VAZQUEZ, MAYOR AMEZCUA <br />NONE <br />NONE <br />NONE <br />Status: 7 – 0 – Pass <br />4.
