Bewley St. - Richard Lehn WAR- <br /> Intergenerational Housing ^� <br /> The Richard Lehn Intergenerational <br /> Housing project at 918 N. Bewley Street, <br /> developed by Illumination Foundation, »Above: Picture of the new affordable housing <br /> involves the rehabilitation of two two-story conversion project at 425 E. Wellington Ave. <br /> residential buildings into 11 rental units <br /> serving homeless transitional-age youth and senior citizens. The City supported the <br /> project with $2,021,319 in Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) funds <br /> and eight Project-Based Vouchers.
