This includes all national accounts that CourseCo had negotiated on behalf of <br /> our properties. <br /> Accounting <br /> Accounting services will be performed at the CourseCo corporate offices in Petaluma, CA. These services will <br /> include Financial Reporting and Budgeting, Accounts Payable processing and the preparation and submittal of <br /> monthly Financial Statements. By accessing the resources of CourseCo's centralized financial reporting <br /> systems, we are able to more accurately and timely gather, report, and analyze revenue and expense data and <br /> do so at the lowest effective cost. CourseCo supports numerous public agencies with operational and capital <br /> project accounting and reporting and is accustomed to accommodating a range of public requirements and <br /> administrator preferences. The proposed fee for this service is $1,750 per month, to be adjusted annually by <br /> CPI beginning in year two.
