accomplishment that Tom is most proud of is being a part of CourseCo as it has grown from 14 courses <br />centered in Northern California to 46 courses spread across the Western United States. <br />Tom still resides in Petaluma with his wife, Daniele, and their three daughters — Maddie, Brooklyn and Gwen. <br />When not working or playing golf Tom enjoys traveling with his family and is an avid San Francisco Giant fan. <br />Lee Finkel, Vice President of Finance <br />Lee currently serves as the Vice President of Finance for CourseCo. Lee joined the company in 2020 as the Vice <br />President of Revenue Management and was promoted to VP of Finance in 2025. In his current role, Lee assists <br />in overseeing the day-to-day operations of golf course operations, revenue management and development of <br />key team members. Additionally, he manages the Marketing Department, Tournament Sales and Senior <br />Agronomic Managers. <br />Lee grew up in San Diego, California and is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he earned a <br />Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and an MBA in Venture Management. Lee began his career <br />in aerospace and communications. However, his passion for golf led him to change paths. His background in <br />golf spans over 20 years with experience in operating and managing over 140 Courses. Lee joined American <br />Golf in 2003. He gained experience as the General Manager of a variety of golf courses before he was <br />promoted to Regional Director of the Northeast in 2009. During that time, he lived and worked in New York <br />and was responsible for overseeing courses in New York City, New Jersey, Atlanta, Virginia, and Detroit. In <br />2015, he was promoted to Regional Vice President for the East and added the management of Dallas, <br />Oklahoma, and Tennessee courses to his existing responsibilities. In 2016, he was promoted to Senior Vice <br />President and oversaw the management and operations for all American Golf's Public Courses throughout the <br />entire country. <br />Lee is an active member of the golf community and involved in promoting the game, advocacy and legislative <br />review. Currently, he serves as President of the California Golf Course Owners Association and is a Board <br />Member for the California Alliance for Golf. <br />Lee currently lives in Petaluma with his wife April. He enjoys playing golf and traveling. He is a diehard San <br />Diego Chargers Fan and still looking for their first Superbowl win. <br />Amy Wakayama, Vice President of Human Resources <br />Amy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 16 years of experience leading strategic HR <br />initiatives and advocating for employee well-being and engagement. She is passionate about building inclusive, <br />diverse, and high -performing workplace cultures that empower employees to reach their full potential. <br />Amy joined CourseCo as Vice President of Human Resources in 2025, bringing an award -winning background <br />and a wealth of experience in human capital management, benefits strategy, talent management and <br />organizational development. <br />A lifelong resident of Sonoma County, Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of <br />California, Davis, and holds the Society for Human Resource Management — Senior Certified Professional <br />(SHRM—SCP) designation. <br />Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amy is an active member of her community and proudly serves on <br />several nonprofit boards. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with family, <br />traveling, gardening, cheering on the San Francisco Giants, and playing golf. <br />COURSECO Page 7 <br />I <br />
