(Smoke shop) of Chapter 41 of the SAMC is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-152.6.1. - Smoke shop. <br /> <br />A smoke shop means any business located in a permanent, fully-enclosed building that <br />primarily sells or offers for sale any smoke and vapor produ cts, but shall not include: <br />establishments whose business includes the incidental sale of smoke and vapor products <br />(such as convenience stores and grocery stores as defined by this Chapter); <br />establishments that sell smoke and vapor products principally for onsite consumption <br />(such as private smokers’ lounges); or establishments operating under a commercial <br />cannabis business under Chapter 40 (Regulation of Commercial Cannabis Activities). <br /> <br />Section 9. Section 41-152.6.2. (Smoke shop operator) of Chapter 41 of the <br />SAMC is hereby added to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-152.6.2. - Smoke shop operator. <br /> <br />A smoke shop operator means all persons who own and/or operate a smoke shop. An <br />owner is any person who owns 5 percent or more of the smoke shop. <br /> <br />Section 10. Section 41-152.6.3.
