<br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2026-XXX <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council finds that the aforementioned fees are less than or <br />equal to, but do not exceed, the actual direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred <br />by the City of Santa Ana in providing said services. <br /> <br />Section 4. Without further action of the City Council, the above-referenced <br />fees created by this Resolution shall be incorporated into the City’s Uniform Schedule of <br />Miscellaneous Fees for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and updated annually. <br /> <br />Section 5.
