During CY 2025, the City <br />continued implementing the Rent <br />Stabilization and Just Cause Eviction <br />Ordinance, first adopted by the City in <br />October 2021, to enhance tenant <br />protections and regulate rent increases. <br />The Rent Stabilization Division continued <br />its efforts by continuing to register <br />A.
