<br />2530 Westminster Ave. Archways Santa Ana <br />Archways Santa Ana, developed by Community Development Partners with Mercy House <br />as the service provider, is a newly constructed affordable multifamily community at 2530 <br />Westminster Ave. <br />includes both large family units and permanent supportive housing, with 26 units funded <br />through Mainstream Program PBVs and Mental Health Services Act funding via the No <br />Place Like Home program. City and Housing Authority contributions include Inclusionary <br />Housing, HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds, Rental Rehabilitation Program <br />funds, and 26 Mainstream PBVs.
