Through CDBG, HOME, <br />HOME-ARP, HHAP funds, and Project- <br />Based Vouchers (PBVs), the City partners <br />with nonprofit and affordable housing <br />developers to expand housing <br />opportunities with supportive services. The <br />following are two projects that the City <br />collaborated on during CY 2025: <br />Under Construction <br />FY 2025-26 Q2 Housing Division Quarterly <br />A.
