Flores, Dora
From:grecia romero <grecia.romero89@yahoo.com>
Sent:Tuesday, March
To:eComment
Subject:Opposition to One Broadway Plaza
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.

Hello my name is Grecia and I am a lifelong resident of Santa Ana currently residing in the Willard Neighborhood. In
January me and a few neighbors attended the sunshine meeting for the proposed One Broadway Plaza Tower being built
on the corner of 10th & Broadway.
I want to state my direct opposition to this project. We as a community feel that this will negatively impact the city and
our community in more ways than we can actually address. This project will put a strain on our already congested
roadways, affect our power grids and create air pollution that can have very strong long term effects on the children
that attend El Sol Academy and Orange County Highschool of the Arts which are located directly across from this site. I
would urge you to please consider the voice of the community. These luxury apartments do not benefit current or future
Santa Ana residents as these units will be beyond the price range that most households can afford. This begs the
question, who benefits from a 37 story tower that will loom over our city for decades to come?

1
