The youth of Orange County need open space and a place to learn all that golf <br /> has to offer. Maintaining an affordable venue like the Riverview Golf Course will ensure future <br /> generations have a place to play. A well-known fact is a kid by the name of Tiger Woods played <br /> there. Maybe another aspiring kid lives right around the corner. <br /> Thank you in advance for approving this item. <br /> ITEM 9 <br /> Commissions play an important role in City business. The staff report looks good and clearly <br /> identifies status of Borrds and Commissions. There are a lot of vacancies! One council member <br /> shows a vacancy in 5 out of the 11 commissions.
