Agreements with Commonwealth Land Title Company and Chicago Title Company for <br />On -Call Real Estate Title and Escrow Services (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: Award and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />agreements with Chicago Title Company and Commonwealth Land Title Company to <br />provide on -call real estate title and escrow services for the term beginning March 17, <br />2026 and expiring March 16, 2027 for a total amount of $60,000, with provisions for <br />four, one-year renewals, in a total aggregate amount not -to -exceed $300,000 (Core <br />Agreement No. A-2026-XXX). <br />13. Agreement for Legal Counsel Services with Meyers Nave, APC (General Fund) <br />Department(s): City Attorney's Office <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a legal services <br />agreement with the law firm of Meyers Nave, APC for appellate and litigation legal <br />services for the period of March 17, 2026 until March 16, 2028, with an option to <br />extend for up to one year, in an amount not to exceed $300,000 (Agreement No. A- <br />2026-XXX). <br />14. Memorandum of Understanding Establishing the Terms and Conditions of <br />Employment for Classifications Represented by the Service Employees International <br />Union Local 721, Part -Time Non -Civil Service Employee Unit <br />Department(s): Human Resources <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the Service Employees International Union Local 721, Part -Time <br />Non -Civil Service Employee Unit ("SEIU PTNCS") regarding wages, hours, and other <br />terms and conditions of employment effective May 16, 2025 through December 31, <br />2025 (Agreement No. A-2026-XXX). <br />16.
