According to the CAL FIRE Fire Hazard Severity Zones Map, the project site is not <br />located within or near State responsibility areas or lands classified as a Very High Fire Hazard <br />Severity Zone.84 Further, the project site is relatively flat and is surrounded by urban uses. As noted <br />previously, the project site is located in Zone X: a zone that corresponds to areas outside of the 500- <br />year flood. These conditions preclude the possibility of subjecting people or structures to significant <br />risks related to post -fire slope instability and landslides.
