SANTA ANA REZONE PROJECT <br />INITIAL STUDY/MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />c) Does the project have environmental effects, which will cause substantial adverse <br />effects on human beings, either directly or indirectly? <br />Less than significant impact with mitigation incorporated. The previous sections of this IS/MND <br />reviewed the proposed project's potential impacts related to biological resources, cultural resources, <br />geology, hazards and hazardous materials, and noise, among other environmental issue areas. No <br />significant public health or safety risks were identified. As concluded in these previous discussions, <br />the proposed project would result in less than significant impacts with implementation of MM 1310-1 a, <br />MM 1310-1b, MM CUL-1, and MM CUL-2.
