Our timely services include but are not limited to: <br />1. Issuance of new Preliminary Title Reports <br />2. The Updating of existing Preliminary Title Reports <br />3. Issuance of Litigation Guarantees <br />4. Issuance of Continuation Endorsements on previously issued Litigation Guarantees <br />5. Issue CLTA and ALTA insurance policies as requested <br />8. Issue any and all needed CLTA & ALTA Endorsements <br />7. Copies of all Deeds, Maps, and other related Documents <br />8. Access to our on-line property information webs ite <br />9. The creation of Title Chain's going back to a predetermined amount of time <br />10. Opening and reviewing all purchase and sale agreements entered into escrow. <br />11. Created deeds and draw up documents as requested per the city <br />12. Send opening packages within 24 hours of opening Escrow along with estimated closing <br />statements. <br />13. Coordinate closings with all parties involved insuring both opening package and closing <br />packages are executed properly. <br />14. Disperse funds to named parties and benefactors of each closing and provide final closing <br />statements. <br />15.
