We have provided all necessary Title and Escrow <br />related services on the Bristol Street (Phase 1-4) and Warner Avenue projects. We were also <br />asked to step in to take over files at the City's request from First American Title who could not <br />provide the service levels needed. <br />2. We work directly with the Riverside County Transportation Commission on several freeway <br />expansions including the interchange of the 60/215/91 freeways and the CIP ($1 Billion project). <br />These projects required us to search over 600 parcels of land at a time and provide written reports <br />for those Preliminary Title Reports and later issued Litigation Guarantees and ALTA/CLTA title <br />policies. We have worked directly for the agency, Overland Pacific & Cutler, and Epic Land <br />Solutions. <br />3. We work directly with the Orange County Transportation Agency to expand the 22 FWY, 55 <br />FWY, and 1-405 / OCTA, Lakeview Avenue Grade Separation/OCTA. Tustin -Rose Grade <br />Separation/Metrolink/OCTA/City of Anaheim: State College Grade Separation, Anaheim, <br />California. All projects with OCTA have been in conjunction with other primes as well as directly <br />with the agency. Primes include HDR, and OPC. We provided over 500 preliminary title reports, <br />more than 100 Litigation Guarantees, CLTA Policies and Escrow services for TCE's, full and <br />partial takes. <br />4. "B" street project in San Bernardino County encompassing more than 200 parcels of both full <br />and partial take acquisitions. We provided 240 preliminary title reports, 51 Litigation <br />Guarantees, CLTA Policies and Escrow services for TCE's, full and partial takes. <br />5. Currently providing all title and Escrow services for the Port of Long Beach, CalTrans, City of <br />Long Beach, and Nossaman, LLP. on the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement project. ($1.5 <br />Billion). <br />6. City of Fullerton. Raymond Avenue Grade Separation On -Call: Provided 20 preliminary title <br />reports, 18 Litigation Guarantees, CLTA Policies and Escrow services for TCE's, full and partial <br />takes. <br />7. City of Highland, V Street and 5'•h Street Widening at SR-210: Provided 35 preliminary title <br />reports, 5 Litigation Guarantees, CLTA Policies and Escrow services for TCE's, full and partial <br />takes. <br />8.
