SANTA ANA REZONE PROJECT <br />INITIAL STUDY/MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />1.7 - Intended Uses of This Document <br />This Draft IS/MND has been prepared to document any potential significant adverse environmental <br />impacts associated with the proposed project and identify feasible mitigation that would reduce any <br />impacts to below a level of significance.
