Please allow extra <br />time to process these. <br />Title Reports will contain the most current vesting deed and copies of any and all applicable <br />underlying schedule B documents including tax and other assessment information, any and all <br />easements and rights of way, any and all deeds, restrictions, covenants, UOC financing statements <br />affecting property and any pending legal activity, lawsuits and bankruptcy filings of record. <br />Our standard fees listed above include up to 3 contiguous parcel numbers with same ownership for <br />SFR and CommerciaLllndustrial properties located in SDjdbamcalifornia, Products wilt be <br />distributed in soft copy format. Additional fees could be added for "Special Handling" or when <br />significant "Hard Costs" on a local basis is required.
