Multilingual Services <br />The Consultant shall provide multilingual services as needed to ensure clear communication and efficient <br />closing of escrow, including translation and interpretation support for parties to the transaction. <br />Coordination, Reporting, and Administrative Support <br />The Consultant shall provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support services to ensure <br />timely and efficient execution of all tasks under this agreement. These services shall include, but are not <br />Limited to, the following: <br />A. Coordination with Other Consultants <br />The Consultant shall meet and coordinate work with other right-of-way consultants as directed by the City to <br />maintain alignment of schedules, deliverables, and compliance requirements. <br />B. Additional Services <br />The Consultant shall provide additional services related to title, escrow, and other related tasks as specified <br />in this Scope, at hourly rates. The scope of such additional services shall be agreed upon in writing between <br />the City and the Consultant prior to commencement. <br />C. Status Reporting <br />The Consultant shall, at no additional cost to the City, provide regular status reports detailing progress on <br />requested services. Reports shall be provided upon request. <br />D. Secure Document Access <br />The Consultant shall, at no additional cost to the City, provide the City and its designated consultants with <br />password -protected access to a dedicated project website maintained by the Consultant. This website <br />shall serve as a centralized repository for all City -ordered reports and related documents. <br />• All documents shall be posted no later than the agreed -upon due date indicated in the work <br />authorization. <br />• Website access shall remain available to the City throughout the term of the agreement and for a <br />minimum of three (3) months following expiration, ensuring that all ordered documents and <br />reports remain accessible. <br />0 <br />
