Human Resources <br />Measure X allowed for the hiring of a one-time Human Resources Technician <br />position to assist the Santa Ana Police Department with the recruitment of <br />police officers: <br />• Assisted with police department recruitments for Police Officers and <br />Correctional Officers. <br />• Conducted one -day hiring events on a monthly basis that were regularly <br />scheduled for faster hiring. <br />• Organized Physical Agility Tests that included first -round interviews and initial <br />background check interviews to move those who pass through the process <br />more quickly. <br />Measure X Success 21 <br />
