Information Technology <br />Through Measure X funding, one (1) additional position was added to the <br />Infrastructure Division: <br />• To continue supporting and maintaining new and existing Information <br />Technology systems <br />• Support all of the various application upgrade projects that are in process <br />• Accela Land Management project- a government -focused enterprise <br />software platform used by Planning and Building and Public Works to <br />manage regulatory processes (permitting, plan check, inspections, Code <br />Enforcement and compliance, fees assessment and online payment <br />processing, reporting and analytics) <br />• The Oracle ERP project - It will be used by all City departments for employee <br />timekeeping, purchasing, contract management, and project accounting; and <br />used by Finance and Human Resources for many other applications. <br />• HdL -a business tax system offering a more user friendly system to register <br />business in the City. <br />• Two additional staff (2) in the Applications Support Division <br />• Upgrade project for Accela- an application used by Planning and Building for <br />zoning <br />o Upgrade the HdL business tax and licensing project - the portal through <br />which people can apply for a business license with the City <br />Measure X Success 23 <br />
