It is now up to the Council to act and do the job <br /> they are elected to do. <br /> Accordingly, a petition will be presented at the next Council meeting. <br /> I remain open to discussing this matter with any member of the City Council or a <br /> representative of the City Manager. <br /> VICTOR D MENDEZ <br /> 1 <br />
