Docusign Envelope R C1A76294-CB81-4420-BiFA-QEE6C23E92FB N-2026-064 <br /> 0:CAO(m1 <br /> Du;cy l erqun&Z/ <br /> Lavrw 1Z9S3jv%i (OZ) <br /> MAR 19 2076 <br /> SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES <br /> INTERNAL UNION LOCAL 721 AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RE PERB <br /> CHARGE LA-CE-1821-M <br /> In the interest of promoting harmonious labor relations between the City of Santa <br /> Ana("City") and the Service Employees International Union Local 721 <br /> (SEIU")(collectively referred to as the "Parties" and singularly as a"Party"), and to avoid <br /> the uncertainty, inconvenience and expense of further proceedings, the Parties agree to <br /> settle unfair practice charge LA-CE-1821-M pending before the Public Employment <br /> Relations Board("PERB"). The following are the actions the Parties agree they will take. <br /> 1. Upon the execution of this Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") by SEIU and <br /> within forty-eight (48) hours thereof, the City will provide a further response to <br /> SEIU's Request for Information as set forth in the attached Exhibit A; <br /> 2. Within twenty-four (24)) hours of receipt of the City's further response as set forth in <br /> Section 1 above, SEIU will request withdrawal with prejudice of its pending PERB <br /> Charge LA-CE-1821-M pursuant to PER13 Regulation No. 32625; <br /> 3. The Parties agree to release all claims related this charge; <br /> 4, No Party makes any admission of wrong doing by way of this Agreement; <br /> 5. All Parties to this Agreement will bare their own costs and fees; <br /> +6. Any changes to this Agreement shall be by mutual agreement and in writing; <br /> 7. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, secured via e-mail, facsimile <br /> transmission or otherwise, each of which shall be deemed to be an original; and <br /> 8. Photocopies of any executed counterpart shall have the same force and effect as an <br /> original. <br /> [This space intentionally left blank] <br />
