Docusign Envelope R C1A76294-CB81-4420-BiFA-QEE6C23E92FB N-2026-064 0:CAO(m1 Du;cy l erqun&Z/ Lavrw 1Z9S3jv%i (OZ) MAR 19 2076 SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNAL UNION LOCAL 721 AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RE PERB CHARGE LA-CE-1821-M In the interest of promoting harmonious labor relations between the City of Santa Ana("City") and the Service Employees International Union Local 721 (SEIU")(collectively referred to as the "Parties" and singularly as a"Party"), and to avoid the uncertainty, inconvenience and expense of further proceedings, the Parties agree to settle unfair practice charge LA-CE-1821-M pending before the Public Employment Relations Board("PERB"). The following are the actions the Parties agree they will take. 1. Upon the execution of this Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") by SEIU and within forty-eight (48) hours thereof, the City will provide a further response to SEIU's Request for Information as set forth in the attached Exhibit A; 2. Within twenty-four (24)) hours of receipt of the City's further response as set forth in Section 1 above, SEIU will request withdrawal with prejudice of its pending PERB Charge LA-CE-1821-M pursuant to PER13 Regulation No. 32625; 3. The Parties agree to release all claims related this charge; 4, No Party makes any admission of wrong doing by way of this Agreement; 5. All Parties to this Agreement will bare their own costs and fees; +6. Any changes to this Agreement shall be by mutual agreement and in writing; 7. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, secured via e-mail, facsimile transmission or otherwise, each of which shall be deemed to be an original; and 8. Photocopies of any executed counterpart shall have the same force and effect as an original. [This space intentionally left blank]
