PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> EXCLUSION OF OWNED PROPERTY <br /> CHANGE ENDORSEMENT <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance Policy <br /> SECTION III EXCLUSIONS, Section A. of the <br /> policy is amended to add the following: <br /> A. The Company is not obligated to pay Damages <br /> or Claim Expense or defend Claims for or aris- <br /> ing directly or indirectly out of: <br /> The performance of Insured Services in- <br /> volving any property in which the Insured or <br /> any of the Insured's Direct Relatives have <br /> or had an ownership or equity interest as an <br /> individual, partner, shareholder or fiduciary. <br /> "Direct Relatives" means any of the follow- <br /> ing (including step-relations or relations by <br /> adoption): Insured's parent, grandparent, <br /> siblings, children or Insured's spouse and <br /> Insured's spouse's parents, grandparents, <br /> siblings or children. <br /> All other terms and conditions of this policy <br /> remain unchanged. <br /> MPL 00 90 11 15 Page 1 of t <br />
