Exclusions <br /> Sections 2 and 3 are amended to add: <br /> This exclusion does not apply unless the violation of law caused or contributed to the bodily injury. <br /> Section 6 is amended to read: <br /> 6. bodily injury occurring outside the United States of America, its territories or possessions, and Canada. This <br /> exclusion does not apply to bodily injury to a citizen or resident of the United States of America, Mexico or <br /> Canada who is temporarily outside these countries. <br /> D. We Will Defend <br /> This Section is amended by deleting the last sentence. <br /> PART FOUR-YOUR DUTIES IF INJURY OCCURS <br /> Number 6 of this part is amended to read: <br /> 6.
