coverage as set forth below: Coverage Minimum Limits Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate Automobile Liability including coverage $1,000,000 combined single limit each for owned or scheduled, non-owned, and hired vehicles accident Workers' Compensation Statutory Employers' Liability Insurance $1,000,000 per accident or disease Commercial Property Insurance on an 100% of the Replacement Cost "All Risk" or"Special Causes of Loss" Value and no coinsurance provision basis covering all, contents, and any tenant improvements including Business Interruption/Loss of Rents with a 12 month limit.
