10.3 Limitation on Vacation. <br />With the exception of a retiring employee, no employee is granted, and no employee shall <br />be allowed to take, any vacation leave with pay in excess of four hundred (400) hours in <br />any one (1) year. <br /> <br />10.4 Vacation Carry-Over. <br />A. Noemployee may carry over from one (1) calendar year to the next, more than the <br />maximum vacation carryover as set forth in the following table.
