CONSENT CALENDAR <br />RECOMMENDEDACTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following <br />ConsentCalendarItems: 6 through 22and waive reading of all resolutions and <br />ordinances. <br /> <br />MINUTES: At 7:55 P.M., the Consent Calendar was considered. <br /> <br />Councilmember Bacerra pulled Agenda Item Nos. 11 and 14 for separate discussion <br />and consideration. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lopez pulled Agenda Item No. 8 for separate discussion and <br />consideration. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Hernandez moved to approve Consent Calendar Item <br />Nos. 6 through 22, with the exception of Agenda Item Nos. 8, 11, and 14 pulled <br />for separate discussion and consideration and Agenda Item Nos. 16 and 18 <br />removed from consideration, seconded by Councilmember Vazquez. <br />The motion carried, 7-0, by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES:COUNCILMEMBER BACERRA, COUNCILMEMBER <br /> HERNANDEZ, COUNCILMEMBER LOPEZ, <br /> COUNCILMEMBER PHAN, COUNCILMEMBER VAZQUEZ, <br /> MAYOR PRO TEM PENALOZA, MAYOR AMEZCUA <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSTAIN:NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />Status:7 –0 – Pass <br /> <br />6.
