AGREEMENT TOPROVIDE ON-CALL <br />BUILDINGSAFETYINSPECTION SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 7th day of , 2026 by and <br />between________________sultantCityof SantaAna,achartercityand <br />municipalcorporationorganizedandexistingunderthe Constitutionandlawsof theStateof <br />RECITALS <br />OnNovember14,2025, the City issued Request for Qualification No.25-130, by whichit <br />sought Consultants toprovide on-call building safety consultant services for thePlanning <br />and Building Agency of the Cityof Santa Ana. <br />The scope of work may include any and all work efforts related toCity projects toprovide <br />Plan Check and Building Inspection services and customer assistance for theCityofSanta <br />Ana.The intent is to minimize response time and improve customer services by <br />supplementingin-housestaff with consulting serviceson an as-needed basis. <br />Consultant submitted a responsive proposal thatwas among thoseselected by the City. <br />Consultant represents thatit is able and willing toprovidetheservices described inthe <br />scope of work that was included in RFQ No.25-130 and attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Consultant has been selected as one ofthefifteen(15) vendors which qualified for this <br />engagement.Onlythoseconsultants approved by the City Council on7, 2026 <br />shallbeeligibleto be engaged by the City for theseservices. <br />In undertaking theperformanceofthis Agreement, Consultant represents thatit is <br />knowledgeableinits field and thatany services performed by Consultant under this <br />Agreement will be performed incompliancewithsuch standards as may reasonably be <br />expected from a professional contracting firm in the field. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject <br />to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />1.SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />a.On an as-needed basis, and at the solediscretion of City, Consultantshall perform <br />the services thatare described in Exhibit A, attached and incorporated by reference <br />as though fully set forth herein. <br />2.COMPENSATION <br />a.As Consultant is one of fifteen(15)selected vendors selected by the City, City <br />neither warrants nor guarantees any minimum or maximum compensation to <br />Page 1of 7 <br /> <br />
