<br /> <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors County of Orange, a political <br />subdivision of the State of California. <br /> <br />CEO/Office of Risk Management means the Risk Manager, County Executive Office, Risk <br />Management, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to City, such other person or <br />entity as shall be designated by the County Executive Officer or the Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />Chief Real Estate Officer County Executive Office, <br />County of Orange, or upon written notice to City, such other entity as shall be designated by the <br />County Executive Officer. <br /> <br />Chief Engineer OC Public Works and/or District, County of Orange, <br />or designee, upon written notice to City, such other person or entity as shall be designated by <br />Director. <br /> <br />County Counsel County Counsel, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written <br />notice to City, such other person or entity acting in a similar capacity as shall be designated by the <br />Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />County Executive Officer County Executive Officer, County Executive Office, <br />County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to City, such other person or entity as shall <br />be designated by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />Director of OC Public WorksDirector of Orange County Public <br />Works or designee. <br /> <br />- means the Treasurer-Tax Collector, County of Orange, or designee, <br />or upon written notice to City, such other person or entity as shall be designated by the Board of <br />Supervisors. <br /> <br />2. PREMISES (1.1 SR) <br /> <br />District hereby leases to City, and the City leases from the District, the District Property located <br />within the Santa Ana River Channel, commonly known as River View Golf Course in Santa Ana, <br />CA, as described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B, Premises) which exhibits are attached <br />hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. The Premises are accepted <br />by City, subject to any and all existing easements and encumbrances. <br /> <br />3. USE (1.2 SR) <br /> <br />Citys use of the Premises shall be limited to continuation of the existing golf course facility and <br />operations, including operation of an eighteen-hole public golf course and landscape <br />improvements (e.g., grading, landscape architecture, cart paths, tees, plantings, irrigation systems <br />and any repair and maintenance related thereto. No additional landscaping, trees, shrubbery or <br />plantings shall be added to the Premises and landscaping will not be allowed to expand outside of <br />the existing greens, without a county permit and prior written approval of the District.
