Such costs include but are not limited to costs such as <br />administrative processing of delinquent notices, increased accounting costs, etc. <br /> <br />Accordingly, if any payment of Rent as specified in Clause 9 (RENT) or if any other sum due <br />District under this Lease is not received by District within fifteen (15) days after the due date, a <br />late charge of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) shall be added to the payment, and the total sum shall <br />become immediately due and payable to District. An additional charge of Two Hundred Dollars <br />($200) shall accrue monthly for each additional month that said payment remains unpaid. <br /> <br />City and District hereby agree that such late charges represent a fair and reasonable estimate of the <br />costs that District will incur by reason of City's late payment.
