<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City shall comply and verify that its contractors comply with all other Federal and State of <br />California laws for minimum wage, overtime pay, record keeping, and child labor standards <br />pursuant to the servicing of the Premises or terms and conditions of this Lease. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the minimum wage requirements provided for in this Clause, City, where <br />applicable, shall comply with the prevailing wage and related requirements, as provided for in <br />Clause 33 (LABOR CODE COMPLIANCE) of this Lease. <br /> <br />35. SIGNAGE (4.2 SR) <br /> <br />City may install and maintain wayfinding and golf course signs upon or in front of the Premises. <br />Such signage must comply with all applicable laws, zoning, and site plan requirements. All other <br />signs to be placed on the Premises require prior review and approval by D istrict. <br /> <br />36. AUTHORITY (4.3 SR) <br /> <br />The persons executing this Lease on behalf of District and City warrant that they have the power <br />and authority to bind District or City, as applicable, to this Lease. <br /> <br />37. LEASE ORGANIZATION (4.4 SR) <br /> <br />The various headings in this Lease, the numbers thereof, and the organization of the Lease into <br />separate sections and paragraphs are for purposes of convenience only and shall not be considered <br />otherwise. <br /> <br />38. SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST (4.5 SR) <br /> <br />Unless otherwise provided in this Lease, the terms, covenants, and conditions contained herein <br />shall apply to and bind the heirs, successors, executors, administrators, and assigns of all the <br />Parties hereto, all of whom shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder. <br /> <br />39. AMENDMENT (4.6 SR) <br /> <br />This Lease sets forth the entire agreement between District and City regarding the Premises and <br />no other prior or contemporaneous agreement or understanding, written or oral, shall be <br />effective. Any modification of this Lease must be in the form of a written amendment. <br /> <br />40. PARTIAL INVALIDITY (4.7 SR) <br /> <br />If any term, covenant, condition, or provision of this Lease is held by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions hereof shall <br />remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated thereby. <br /> <br />41.
