Central Ave., Unit,B, Santa Ana,CA 92707 +� Yerorne Park Outdoor Library, 2115 W.McFadden Ave, Santa Ana,CA 92704 TERM: Saturday,April 25,2026 COMPENSATION:Not to exceed$6,500 DESCRIPTION:This vendor will provide a high-energy musical and literacy-focused performance on Saturday, April 25,2026 from 11:45 am-12:35 pm at the Main Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Aria, CA 92701, during the Dia de los Niho,s, Dfa de los Libros event.The total amount for this agreement shall not exceed$6,500.00. A 50%deposit of$3,250.00 will be made to Rainy Day Dimes LLC within seven.(7)business clays of contract execution.The remaining 50%cif$3,250,00 will be paid no later than the clay of performance or earlier per municipal payment policy, All payments shall be,made out to Rainy.Day Dimes LLC. The City will be responsible for setting up the space for the patrons attending,providing 3 microphones with stands,a PA system(with at least 4 channels) with a designated so-mid person,advertising the program, and providing when possible hospitality requests as detailed in Exhibit B.The vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, supplies,and personnel ziecessary to perform the act. City staff will be present at all times during the performance.
