That to my/our personal knowledge there are NO encumbrances in the form of a Mortgage or Deed of Trust <br /> against that certain real property as described in that certain Commitment for Title Insurance/Preliminary <br /> Report No. OSA-7376481 dated as of February 13, 2626 ("Commitment/Report") issued by or on behalf of <br /> First American Title Company ("First American Title Company"), except (check and, if applicable, fill-in all <br /> that apply): <br /> ❑ Deed of Trust or Mortgage in the approximate amount of <br /> $ in favor of <br /> ❑ Deed of Trust or Mortgage in the approximate amount of <br /> $ in favor of <br /> nl None <br /> 2. This Affidavit is given for the purpose of inducing First American Title Company and its agents to issue <br /> policy(ies) of title insurance which may provide coverage with respect to all matters set forth herein.
