The proposed project would not be a source of other emissions, such <br /> as those leading to odors, during operations. During construction, a limited number of diesel engines <br /> would be operating on the project site for limited durations. Diesel exhaust and VOCs from these <br /> diesel engines would be emitted during construction of the proposed project, which are objectionable <br /> to some; however, the duration of construction activities is expected to be very short(3 months), <br /> emissions would disperse rapidly from the project site, and diesel exhaust odors would be consistent <br /> with existing vehicle odors in the area. Post-construction, the proposed project would continue to <br /> operate as a parking lot and would not be an odor generating use.
