CUSTODIAN AND LOCATION OF RECORDS The documents and other material that constitute the record of proceedings on which these findings are based, are located at the City of Santa Ana Public Works Office, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, 3`d Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92701. The custodian for these documents is the City of Santa Ana. This information is provided in compliance with Public Resources Code Section 21081.6( a)(2) and 14 California Code of Regulations Section 15091(e). E. PROJECT SUMMARY The proposed project entails the improvements and widening of Warner Avenue from Main Street to Grand Avenue to a total of six lanes (three lanes in each direction) with related improvements such as raised landscaped medians and parkway, wider sidewalks, dedicated bike lanes, increased storm drain size, bus locations, and the undergrounding of existing utilities along the project segment (see table below).
