<br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET
<br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
<br />This project entails the rehabilitation of existing roadway pavement
<br />for industrial streets. The project will include the removal and
<br />replacement of existing asphalt streets. Various replacement
<br />pavement strategies will be investigated to determine the most cost
<br />effective and maintainable treatment. Minor concrete repair to
<br />severely damaged or missing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and
<br />wheelchair ramps will also be included.
<br />PROJECT NEED:
<br />The interior roadway of non-residential street has been identified as
<br />priority by the City's Pavement Management System. The pavement is
<br />deteriorating due to weather, age, and heavy usage.
