Ph 2 - Oak - Grand <br />PROJECT CATEGORY: <br />Street Improvements <br />Street/Bridge Improvements & Widening <br />LOCATION MAP <br />A <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FY 25/26CIP <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />This project will widen Warner Avenue between Oak Street and Grand <br />Avenue from 2 to 3 lanes in each direction. The project will also include <br />additional left turn lanes at Grand Avenue, bus pads, raised medians, and <br />a protected bike lane. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />The MPAH (Master Plan of Arterial Highways) Strategic Plan Technical <br />Report identified the need for Warner Avenue to be widened to a six -lane <br />major arterial to meet MPAH requirements. The existing Average Daily Traffic <br />(ADT) is in excess of 29,600 vehicles per day.
