Ramos and Yolanda Ramos, Husband and <br />Wife, as Borrower and Plaza Bank, as Lender. <br />- Whereas the -owners of the land hereinafter described have executed and delivered to the _ <br />City of Santa Ana, as Grantee, a temporary landscape easement covering the land <br />hereinafter described; and the Lender has agreed to subordinate the indebtedness and lien <br />aforesaid to the said easement and rights thereunder. <br />Now, therefore, in pursuance of said agreement and in consideration of One Dollar <br />($1.00) in hand paid to the undersigned by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, the undersigned Lender, for himself and his heirs, executors successors, <br />legal representatives and assigns, does hereby covenant, consent and agree with the said <br />Grantee, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors, legal representatives and assigns <br />that the aforesaid indebtedness and lien held by the Lender are and shall continue to be <br />subject and subordinate to the Easement herein above described and all rights and estates <br />granted therein, said Easement covering the following described land situated in Orange <br />County, California to wit: <br />See Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof <br />This agreement and subordination shall in no way affect or impair the rights of the <br />undersigned or his or its heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors or assigns, to <br />
