EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />PARCEL"A" <br />That portion of the Julian Chavez Allotment in Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana in the <br />City of Santa Ana, Comity of Orange, State of California, as described in Quitclaim Deed <br />recorded April 22, 1994 as Instrument No. 94.0281492, Official Records in the Office of <br />the County Recorder of said County, lying westerly of curves concentric with and <br />75,00 feet easterly of the Construction centerline curves as shovm on hereinafter <br />referenced Exhibit "B", described as follows: <br />Commencing at the centerline intersection of Bristol Street with Santa Ana Boulevard <br />(formerly Fourth Street); thence northerly along said centerline of Bristol Street, <br />North 00°37'40" East, 54.91 feet to the True Point of Beginning, and the <br />Beginning -of -Curve of said Construction centerline, said curve being concave westerly, <br />'having a radius of 2000.00 feet; thence northerly along said curve 116,29 feet, through a <br />central angle of 03'19'53" to a Reverse curve, concave easterly, having a radius of <br />2000,00 feet; thence northerly along said curve 147.75 feet, through a central angle of <br />04013'58" to the End -of -Curve. <br />Except that portion of land as described in Deed for Street Purposes, recorded <br />October 3, 1947 in Book 1585, Page 43, Official Records of said County Recorder, <br />Containing 1,816 square feet, more or less. <br />All as shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Subject to all Covenants, Rights, Rights -of -Way and Easements of record, if any. <br />Prepared by me, or under my direction on --� Z�2 <br />Raymond J.
