Ramos and Yolanda Ramos, husband and wife as Joint Tenants <br />Does Hereby Grant to THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized under the Constitution <br />and laws of the State of California, easement for public right-of-way purposes for the right to plant, maintain, replace, or remove <br />landscaping in, upon, over and across that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />located at 415 and 417 N. Bristol Street, Santa Ana, legally described as follows: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" and "B" — LEGAL ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF. <br />It is understood that the period of use of said easement shall exist for a period of no more than 12 months and shall commence with <br />the first entry of owners property by City's contractor. Upon completion of street widening work, the Easement Area shall be <br />maintained with landscaping in compliance with City ordinances as applicable to this site.
