There are two mainline tracks through this crossing. The proposed alterations to the 4th <br /> Street crossing, as indicated in the request letter and/or shown on the plans shall consist of: <br /> • Installation of pedestrian treatments, including automatic pedestrian gates and emergency exit <br /> swing gates, detectable warning strips, handrails and fencing on all sidewalk approaches; <br /> • Installation of new east side concrete median (Length: 100-ft with a taper, Width: 9-ft, <br /> Height: 8-in),- <br /> Relocate and upgrade existing northeast quadrant CPUC Standard 9 to CPUC Standard 9-A <br /> active warning device; <br /> • Upgrade existing southwest quadrant CPUC Standard 9 to CPUC Standard 9-A active <br /> warning device; <br /> • Installation of a curb mounted CPUC Standard 9-E active warning device in the northwest <br /> quadrant; <br />
