For AWSC,the average delay is calculated whereas for TWSC, the delay of the <br /> worst approach is calculated. <br /> 5 ALTERNATIVES <br /> The Project Development Team (PDT) explored various alternatives to address the need and <br /> purpose of this project, taking into account the constraints presented by the project area and the <br /> City's desired traffic operations. Both an overhead alternative and an underpass alternative were <br /> discussed among the PDT members. However, the overcrossing alternative was deemed non- <br /> viable because of concerns and opposition expressed by members of an adjacent neighborhood. <br /> A No-Build Alternative was not considered, with the exception of within the traffic studies <br /> PROJECT REPORT EQUIVALENT 7 <br />
