EXHIBIT 2 <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> EXHIBIT IV <br /> COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) <br /> For projects with bids greater than $750,000 for prime multi-trade construction contracts (including all <br /> subcontractors) or over$100,000 for specialty contracts (contracts either limited to a single trade or craft <br /> or limited to a singular scope of work), the CONSULTANT shall adhere to the CITY'S Community <br /> Workforce Agreement (CWA). This project is considered a specialty contract. The CWA is a pre-hire <br /> collective bargaining agreement, which establishes the labor relations policies and procedures for <br /> CONSULTANT to follow in the crafts persons employed to complete the WORK OF IMPROVEMENT as <br /> more fully described in the CWA. The CWA is incorporated by reference in the Construction Contract. A <br /> copy of the CWA may be on the City's website at www.santa-ana.org/documents/community-workforce- <br /> agreement/. <br /> FOR PROPOSERS' REFERENCE ONLY <br />
