EXHIBIT 2 <br /> 0 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> ATTACHMENT G <br /> STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> This is to certify that the undersigned Proposer and subconsultants have read and undertand the CWA <br /> entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and <br /> Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, effective as of June 6, <br /> 2023. The Undersigned Proposer hereby agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the CWA, and <br /> are capable of completing construction of the project continuously, without interruptions or delays.
