EXHIBIT 2 <br /> Figure 3 <br /> Current Image of South Side of Fourth Street Crossing, Looking South <br /> SECTION 3 — DIAGNOSTIC TEAM REVIEW AND COMMENTS <br /> A diagnostic team review was held with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and all <br /> railroads affected by the proposed quiet zone, listed above in Section 1, were given opportunity to <br /> participate. The recommended improvements are addressed and shown in detail on the CPUC General <br /> Order 88B Approval documents (attached herein as Exhibit B). <br /> Subsequent to the submission of the General Order 88B documents in Exhibit B, some changes or <br /> variations in the design and construction of the grade crossing safety improvements may have been <br /> implemented.
