b. When warranted, offer and provide representation until the completion of <br /> appellate cases before the BIA or Ninth Circuit. <br /> AJSOCAL shall produce quarterly reports and be available to attend one in-person meeting, <br /> including the following actions: <br /> 1. Provide quarterly reports, in a format prescribed by the City to City's Project Manager to <br /> share progress on providing services under the agreed upon Scope of Services; <br /> 2. Consultant shall be prepared to attend at least one (1) in-person meeting with the City's <br /> Project Manager and staff and/or City representatives as requested by the City. <br /> AJSOCAL shall have the discretion to reallocate, repurpose, or modify the use of funds, within <br /> the scope of the agreement's overall purpose, to address emergent and evolving immigration <br /> legal needs of clients and immigrant communities. This flexibility is essential to ensure that <br /> AJSOCAL remains effectively responsive to rapidly changing circumstances, including but not <br /> limited to, shifts in federal immigration policy, community crises, urgent legal needs, or other <br /> unforeseen immigration Iegal challenges impacting immigrant populations. <br /> 1. Any such modifications shall be communicated to the City in a timely manner with a brief <br /> rationale outlining the nature of the change and its alignment with the agreement's intended <br /> impact. AJSOCAL commits to maintaining transparency and accountability in all financial and <br /> programmatic adjustments. <br /> AJSOCAL will provide such services and engage in activities in this proposed scope of services <br /> for a period of 12 months, or until AJSOCAL exhausts funding while executing this project and <br /> the resulting agreement if awarded, whichever occurs first. <br /> sl�o womajsocal.org <br /> #2166415vl <br />
