B0507BN2600152 Architects and Engineers: Professional Liability, Contractors Pollution Liability, Technology Services Liability, Computer Network Security Liability, Multimedia & Advertising Liability and Privacy Insurance NOTICE THIS POLICY PROVIDES CLAIMS MADE AND REPORTED COVERAGE, THE POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO CLAIMS MADE UPON THE ASSURED AND REPORTED IN WRITING TO THE INSURERS DURING THE SAME POLICY PERIOD OR EXTENDED REPORTING PERIOD,IF APPLICABLE. THE LIMIT OF LIABILITY AVAILABLE TO PAY JUDGEMENTS OR SETTLEMENTS SHALL BE REDUCED BY AMOUNTS INCURRED FOR CLAIM EXPENSES. FURTHER NOTE THAT AMOUNTS INCURRED FOR CLAIM EXPENSES SHALL BE APPLIED AGAINST THE RETENTION AMOUNT. VARIOUS PROVISIONS THROUGHOUT THIS POLICY RESTRICT OR EXCLUDE COVERAGE. PLEASE REVIEW THIS POLICY CAREFULLY WITH YOUR INSURANCE AGENT, BROKER OR REPRESENTATIVE. In consideration of the payment of the premium and in reliance upon the statements and representations made in the Application and any supplemental materials submitted therewith, all of which are made a part hereof and shall be considered as incorporated as part of this Policy, and subject always to the Limit of Liability, the Retention and the terms,conditions, and exclusions of this Policy, insurers agree with the Assured as follows: 1. INSURING AGREEMENT COVERAGE A: PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY To pay on behalf of the Assured those sums which the Assured shall become legally obligated to pay as Damages and Claims Expenses by reason of a Claim first made against the Assured arising out of a Wrongful Act, except as excluded or limited by the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy and provided such Claim:. (a) is first made against the Assured during the Policy Period and reported in writing to the Insurers as soon as reasonably practicable, either during the Policy Period, Extended Reporting Period, if purchased, or within thirty(30)days after the expiration of the Policy Period; and (b) arises from one or more Wrongful Acts that first take place subsequent to the applicable Retroactive Date stated in Item 6 of the Declarations and prior to the end of the Policy Period. COVERAGE B- CONTRACTORS POLLUTION LIABILITY To pay on behalf of the Assured those sums which the Assured shall become legally obligated to pay as Damages and Claims Expenses by reason of a Claim first made against the Assured as a result of a Pollution Event, except as excluded or limited by the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy and provided that such Claim: (a) is first made against the Assured during the Policy Period and reported in writing to the Insurers as soon as reasonably practicable, either during the Policy Period, Extended-Reporting Period, if purchased, or within thirty(30)days after the expiration of the Policy Period; and Page I 1 A/E Select 2013 v6
